CONDITIONS The fees for each course/term are listed in the Methods of Payment above. Fees cover tuition only. Fees must be paid in advance to secure a place in a class. Payments will only be accepted for the term, 4 week courses or Bridal Packages, not casual classes. Late enrolments will be accepted until the end of the second week of term. Full course fee applies to all late enrolments. Term fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of course otherwise your place in the course will not be secured. COURSE/TERM CANCELLATIONS COURSES with low enrolment numbers may be cancelled before or on the first day of the course. If this situation arises every effort to contact all the students involved will be made and you will receive a full refund of the fees. Courses which are cancelled at the first lesson will be refunded less the cost of that lesson. Refunds will be provided by cheque or credited to your bank account. If you wish and if there is a vacancy available, you may transfer your enrolment to a different course within the same term. The difference in course price will be either charged or refunded. Cancellation fees apply to all Private Lessons A minimum of 6 hours notice by txt message or phone call is required otherwise a 50% surcharge will apply.
