If you want to learn Aerobic Dancing Fitness,
then this course is for you. No contracts, week
by week. No partners.
Feel the rhythm of life and freedom of
movement in a vibrant, fun, aerobic dance
orientated workout. Simple, achievable dance
steps with a variety of dance styles including Hip
Hop, Salsa, Latin and Jazz. Awesome fun. A
great way to improve coordination. A good
cardiovascular workout for all levels of fitness.

Agenda
During this course the intention is that the
following topics will be covered, but not
necessarily in the order given. Due to the
flexible nature of Adult Education classes, parts
of the curriculum may be adapted to suit the
needs of the class.
At the beginning simple moves and steps are
introduced and as the weeks progress, so do the
moves and routines as the student gains more
confidence.
Objectives
The intended Learning Outcomes for this course
are as follows.
By the end of the course the student will have:
· Increased their aerobic fitness levels
· Toned the body from the conditioning segment,
using light weights as an option
· Gained confidence and increased self-esteem
· Stretch all relevant muscles appropriately and
safely
· Become aware of safety measures of exercise,
training, proper nutrition, hydration, etc.
· Attained increased fitness and strength
Discover a new pleasure and confidence in your
body while you move with passion to a variety
of hot latin dance steps. This class uses an
exercise routine drawing on Salsa, Merengue,
Rumba and jazz steps to improve fitness,
flexibility and body expression. Each class ends
with relaxation.
No partners required, all genders, all ages
welcomed. The class will improve co-
ordination, improve cardio, teach dance steps
and rhythm.
Each class begins with a warm up to include
stretching and breathing techniques and ends
with relaxation.
Be prepared and come along with bottled
water, towel, easy fitting gym wear and
comfortable joggers or jazz shoe.
This is a fun easy low impact class essentially
for beginners.
